A roundup of stories from /r/hfy that I thought were nice. /r/hfy is a subreddit dedicated to short stories and series exemplifying some of the better traits of humanity. This is going to be a ongoing weekly roundup until someone stops me.
Without further ado, here are a few stories from the subreddit I enjoyed:
- Humans are a bug you can’t get rid of by Ayit_Sevi (1169 words), in which sometimes your perfect work of art gets hijacked by unintended consequences.
- The Wall by Primeruler (255 words), where sometimes the solution to an unscalable problem is to change your thinking a little.
- The Seventh Ship by beobabski (1786 words), which is a nice little short on a ship awakening to itself.
- Nomads by Grand_Admiral98 (1733 words), about leaving home.
